The Citation and Infometric Center (PSI) provides a journal management system (MyJMS) hosting service based on the Open Journal System (OJS), from the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) for the use of journal editors in Malaysia. Editors can use this system to manage the manuscript evaluation process online. PSI provides this service free of charge to all institutions involved with the publication of local journals. The system also meets the needs of publishers and researchers by providing the following facilities:

• Efficient publishing and manuscript reviewing which is done in stages.

• Support towards author and editor in managing publication.
