The Citation and Infometric Center (PSI) serves to record the collection of intellectual property of the National scientific publications. PSI is responsible for listing, coordinating and indexing the publication of scholarly journals in Malaysia through the MyJurnal System.
The MyJurnal system is used to upload and index local journals. MyJurnal contains bibliographic data and full text content of articles published in refereed scholarly journals in Malaysia, in various fields covering Engineering, Medicine, Science (EMS) and Arts & Humanities and Social Sciences (AHSS).
MyJurnal main objective:
- To increase access to the content of local scholarly journals to the global community; and
- To increase the visibility of content that encourages use and generate citations to published articles.
MyJurnal meets the needs of publishers and researchers by providing the following facilities:
- Intuitive and user-friendly online-based system.
- One -stop center for the collection of Malaysian scholarly journals
- Free access to the full text of published articles if copyright is allowed
